These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HaulProof AI platform and website (the "Service"), provided by HaulProof AI, Inc. ("HaulProof," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
HaulProof provides carrier-vetting and fraud-prevention tools for freight brokers, including risk scoring, monitoring, and Sentry — AI Freight Assistant. The Service aggregates information from public and third-party sources such as the FMCSA.
HaulProof's scores, verdicts, flags, and assistant responses are decision-support tools based on available data. They are not a guarantee of any carrier's safety, legitimacy, solvency, or future conduct, and they do not constitute legal, financial, or insurance advice. You remain solely responsible for your tendering and business decisions. Final approval of any carrier is yours.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Each customer's workspace and data are kept separate from other customers'.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reselling or redistributing data except as permitted; scraping or overloading the Service; reverse-engineering it; using it unlawfully; or violating the terms of our third-party data sources. You will use carrier and personal data in compliance with applicable law.
Paid plans are billed at the rates and intervals presented to you. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.
Our handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain your account data; you grant us the rights needed to operate the Service and to maintain audit records.
Carrier information is sourced from third parties (including government records) and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of third-party data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HaulProof will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, freight, or cargo, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold HaulProof harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which HaulProof AI, Inc. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We will revise the "Last updated" date above.
